- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 8 oz of whipped topping
- 3 diced bananas
- 1 cup pecans
Combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar.
To the cream cheese mixture add 1 20-oz can of crushed pineapple and 2 cups of frozen strawberries. Mix until combined well.
In a separate bowl mix 3 diced bananas, 10-12 oz of whipped topping and 1 cup pecans.
Add cream cheese and fruit mixture to the whipped topping mixture.
Put in freezer until solid.
Take out of freezer about 1-2 hours before serving in order for the dish to soften enough to serve.
