- 2 5 oz cans of solid white albacore tuna, drained
- 2 ribs of celery, diced
- 1/4 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dejon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Drain the water from 2 5 oz cans of solid white albacore tuna.
Add the tuna to a mixing bow
Finely dice 3 ribs of celery and 1/4 of a medium yellow onion
Add celery and onion to the mixing bowl with the tuna
Chop up 2 hard boiled eggs
Add hard boiled egg to the mixing bowl.
To the bowl add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp dejon mustard, 2 tbsp of dill relish, 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, and garlic powder each.
Serve with crackers, or vegetables, or on a sandwich.
