- 3 cups dry rice
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- 12 oz frozen broccoli, finely chopped
- 2 10.5 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 medium yellow onion, finely diced
- Salt, Pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Cook the 3 cups of dry rice per the instructions on the package.
Fully cook frozen broccoli per the instructions on the package.
Finely dice 1/4 of a medium yellow onion.
*Optional: Sauté onions in a small amount of cooking oil until soft.
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients.
Taste before seasoning, the cheese and soup will have some salt and other flavor.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic to your desired taste. I’d suggest adding about 1 teaspoon of each at a time until you reach the desired flavor.
*Optional: Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 until onions are softened.
