Ingredients

  • Deer meat (backstrap or tenderloin)
  • Soy sauce or coco aminos
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Potatoes
  • Frozen or fresh green beans
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

Roasted Green Beans

Spread frozen or fresh green beans over a sheet pan.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Season with salt and garlic.

Put in a 400 degree oven until tender and slightly browned.

Potato Wedges

Slice potatoes into 1/8 wedges.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Season with salt and garlic.

Put in a 400 degree oven until cooked through and crispy on the outside.

Marinated Deer Stea

1 Deer Backstrap or tenderlion

Marinade in a mixture of 1 cup water, 1/2 cup soy sauce (or coco aminos), and 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

After marinading, slice into 1 inch thick medalions.

After slicing, place back into marinade and add 1 tsp garlic powder and mix well.

Cook in a hot pan coated in oil until you reach you desired doneness.
