Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups corn meal
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

In a bowl add all of the above ingredients.

Mix well.

Coat fish liberally.
