Ingredients
- 1 cup peaches
- 1 cup zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Dice 1 cup of peaches.
Shred 1 cup of zucchini.
To a mixing bowl add diced peaches, shredded zucchini, 2 egs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Mix well.
Dump into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Bake a 350 for 45 minutes.
