Garlic and Rosemary Baby Potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.5 – 2 lbs of baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Cut 1.5 – 2 pounds of baby potatoes in half.

Place potatoes in a bowl with 1/4 cup oil, 1 tablespoon dried minced onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt.

Mix until potatoes are well coated.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes until crispy.

Serves 4-6
