- 1 lb asparagus (washed and trimmed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Snap the bottom portion of the asparagus stalk
Place asparagus in the middle of a large piece of aluminum foil
Coat asparagus in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Wrap in foil.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
