Corned Beef Stew



  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 3 large carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 3-4 cups of corned beef, copped
  • 3-4 cups of corned beef juice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes


Peal and dice 3 medium potatoes.

Add them to a soup pot.

Peal and slice 3 large carrots.

Add them to the soup pot.

Dice 1 medium yellow onion.

Add it to the soup pot.

Chop 3-4 cups of corned beef.

Add that to the soup pot.

Add 3-4 cups of corned beef juice, 2 cups of water, and 2 beef bouillon cubes to the soup pot.

Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are soft. It should take about 15-20 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
