Creamy Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole



  • 2 10.5oz cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 15oz frozen hash browns
  • 12 eggs
  • 1lb sausage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 cups shredded cheese


Fry 1lb of sausage.

In a bowl mix 15oz of frozen hash browns and 2 10.5oz cans of cream of mushroom soup.

Spread this mixture in the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish

In the same bowl, crack 12 eggs, add the 1lb of sausage, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Mix that well.

Dump over the top of the hash brown mixture in the baking dish.

Top with 2 cups of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
