Reuben Sliders


  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 2 cups corned beef
  • 8oz swiss cheese (sliced or shredded)
  • Thousand island dressing


If not already, sliced your slider buns so you have a top and a bottom.

Place bottom side of slider buns in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

On the bottom half of the sliders evenly put down 1/2 of the swiss cheese.

Evenly spread out 2 cups of chopped corded beef over top of the cheese.

Evenly spread out 1 cup of sauerkraut over the top of the corned beef.

Evenly spread out remaining swiss cheese over the top of the sauerkraut.

Place top side of the slider buns on the sliders.

Place in in the oven at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is well melted.

Serve with thousand island dressing.

Makes 12 sliders.
