Quick Sauerkraut

Instructions

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Wash and shred 1 head of cabbage

Add shredded cabbage to a pot with 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar, 3/4 cup water, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
