Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 2 yellow onions, diced.
- 1 butternut squash, diced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 6 large carrots, sliced
- 2 cups zucchini, diced
- 1 head of garlic
- 1/2 cup curry powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Start by dicing all of your vegetables into bite sized pieces: 2 bell peppers, 2 yellow onions, 1 butternut squash, 2 cups mushrooms, 1 stalk of celery, 6 carrots, 2 cups zucchini.
Mince 1 head of garlic

Rough chop 2 cups of chicken
Add everything except the curry powder and salt to a large pot.
Cook on medium for about 15 minutes.
Add the curry powder and salt.
Cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
Give it one final taste test and you are done.
