- 3.5 lb Corned Beef
- 8 Carrots
- 1 head of Cabbage
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup of water
Clean 8 carrots and cut them in half.
Clean 4 medium potatoes and cut them into quarters
Clean 1 head of cabbage and cut it into quarters.
In a crockpot, or instant pot, place your corned beef. If you bought it at the store, sprinkle the little seasoning packet over the top.
Throw in your cut carrots and cut potatoes.
Top with your quartered cabbage.
Dump in 1 cup of water.
Cook on low heat for 8-9 hours or high heat for 4-5 hours.
