Cajun Sausage Sheet Pan


  • 16 oz bag of frozen vegetables
  • 14 oz smoked sausage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning


On a large sheet pan add the bag of frozen vegetables

Slice your smoked sausage into bite sized chunks and add to the sheet pan.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the sausage and vegetables

Sprinkle garlic and Cajun seasoning over the sausage and vegetables.

Give the sausage and vegetables a good mix.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

If you don’t mind spice, add more Cajun seasoning. The quantity of Cajun seasoning listed above is an acceptable spice level for my children but if I was just making this for myself I would add quite a bit more.

You can eat this by it’s self, if you do it’ll serve 3-4.

To get a little more out of this meal serve it over rice, riced cauliflower, or quinoa. On this particular day we chose to serve it on rice.
