Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas


  • 3 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 packet taco or fajita seasoning


Thinly slice 3 chicken breasts.

Add to a sheet pan.

Thinly slice 2 bell peppers.

Add to the sheet pan.

Thinly slice 1 medium yellow onion.

Add to the sheet pan.

Over the top add 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 packet of fajita or taco seasoning.

Mix seasoning into meat and veggies.

Bake a 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with tortillas and what ever you prefer on your fajitas.

Serves 4-6.
