Sheet Pan – Hawaiian Chicken


  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple juice


Cut up 1 whole pineapple into bite sized pieces.

Put on a sheet pan.

Cut up 3 bell peppers into bite sized pieces.

Put on the sheet pan.

Dice 1/2 of a yellow onion.

Put on the sheet pan.

Cube 2-3 chicken breasts.

Put on the sheet pan.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of barbeque sauce and 1/4 cup of apple juice.

Mix well.

Pour barbeque sauce mixture over ingredients on the sheet pan.

Mix together.

Spread the contents evenly over the entire sheet pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.

I usually ser this over rice (or a rice substitute) but you don’t have to.

If you serve this over something it should serve 8-10.
