Ingredients
- 1 lb of sausage
- 12-16 oz frozen vegetables
- 1 sweet potato
- Cajun or Creole seasoning
- Oil
Instructions
Peal and dice 1 sweet potato.
Add to sheet pan.
Slice up one pound of sausage.
Add to sheet pan.
Add 12-16 ounces of frozen vegetables to the sheet pan.
Coat in oil and Cajun or Creole seasoning.
Mix well.
Put in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes until potatoes and soft and vegetables are cooked through.
Serves 4.
